  1. Enlevez les équipements d’hiver :
    1. Cover: clean and dry the cover before storing it in a dry place
    2. Accessories: remove gizmos, floats and winterization plugs
    3. Equipment: replace the skimmer baskets, screw the adjustable jets into the outlets
  2. On the technical room
    1. Valves: Close the valves in the "intermediate" position and tighten the valve, filter and pump unions.
  3. Renew 1/3 of the water in your pool and level the pool water
    1. In order for the pump to operate, the water level must be raised to about ¾ of the skimmers.
    2. To keep your water healthy and comfortable, we recommend changing 1/3 of the water in your pool every year to eliminate micro-organisms and traces of chemicals.
  4. Turn on the filtration
    1. Close your filter's drain plug
    2. Replace the drain plug on your filtration pump

  6. Turn on your filtration system
    1. Run your filtration for about 48 hours to ensure that your water is healthy and crystal clear. Then, readjust the daily filtration time according to the temperature of your pool.
  7. Go to the next step: restart ICO.

Start up after an active winterization (the pool was working at idle with a bottom of water)

  1. Adjust the daily filtration time
    1. Remove the anti-frost floats
  2. Renew 1/3 of your pool's water

  1. Activez et rechargez la batterie d’ICO
    1. Open your app and perform recommended updates
    2. Check the battery level of your ICO device. If necessary, connect your ICO to the power supply for 6 to 8 hours.
    3. The Updates to your application should be done before recharging your battery
    4. Select the active mode to begin water testing.
    5. Make sure notifications are turned on to get all the tips from ICO.
  2. Put ICO in the water during 12H
    1. After water treatment following passive wintering, put ICO back in the water for 12 hours and activate your ICO application to trigger the first measurements. You will receive measurements within minutes and the first recommendations will be sent to you after 6 measurements, i.e. 6 hours.
    2. After 12hours, follow step 3 to calibrate your probes
  3. Calibrate your ICO sensors
    1. This step is necessary at the beginning of each season to guarantee the quality of the measurements and to maintain your ICO.
