Troubleshooting

  1. Ensure that the power cable is securely plugged in
  2. Ensure that the Spa main power supply is turned on
  3. Contact our assistance team
  1. Is the device powered?
    Ensure power cable is securely plugged in
    Ensure Spa main power supply is turned on
  2. Is the phone close enough to the unit?
    The bluetooth signal can be weakened by the obstacles located between the 2 objects to connect.
    Get as close as possible to the control box of your WIS IN LINE. Ideally less than 5meters.
  3. Ensure the unit is not already connected to another phone
  4. If you still cannot connect to the Bluetooth, please contact our assistance team
  1. Is the Bluetooth connection established? When the Bluetooth connection is established the icon on the top of the screen should be all blue
