Troubleshooting

  1. Assurez-vous que le câble d’alimentation est bien branché.
  2. Assurez-vous que l’alimentation principale du spa est sous tension.
  3. Contactez notre équipe d’assistance.
  1. Is the device powered?
    Ensure power cable is securely plugged in
    Ensure Spa main power supply is turned on
  2. Is the phone close enough to the unit?
    The bluetooth signal can be weakened by the obstacles located between the 2 objects to connect.
    Get as close as possible to the control box of your WIS IN LINE. Ideally less than 5meters.
  3. Assurez-vous que l’appareil n’est pas déjà connecté à un autre téléphone.
  4. Si vous ne parvenez toujours pas à vous connecter en Bluetooth, veuillez contacter notre équipe d’assistance.
  1. La connexion Bluetooth est-elle établie ? Lorsque la connexion Bluetooth est établie, l’icône en haut de l’écran doit être entièrement bleue.
